Over the weekend an urgent server patch was applied to correct the exploitation of gem fragments. Disappointingly, we found a number of players complicit in exploitative activities, and thus were forced to perform a large amount terminations. Such activity is a very serious matter, and a strict violation of our Terms of Service. As always, we urge players not to participate in such obviously illegal behavior - it's not worth risking your account. Should any future situations arise similar to this matter, bear in mind that we do review all logs related to exploits and will take appropriate actions when warranted, including terminating accounts. Due to the dire nature of such behavior, accounts terminated for reasons such as this are ineligible for restoration.
To the majority of the playerbase who refrained from participating in the exploit and actively worked to assist the team in correcting it, we thank you, and wish you continued success in Knight Online!
