We would like to take this opportunity to notify the community that as of yesterday we restored 48 hours of premium to every account that had an active premium between December 25th 2009 and February 2nd 2010! We want to give a big thank you to the community for supporting us while we dealt with the connectivity issues and we hope that you'll enjoy your extra 48 hours of premium access.
If you made a premium purchase between the dates specified above and did not receive your extra 48 hours of premium access, please submit a support ticket. We also realize that some users are still experiencing connectivity issues which we are still investigating.
